All our Headboards are handmade in the United Kingdom to the highest quality control and manufacturing standards.Your headboard - once the order is placed is made to order, and not a pre-bought item shipped to you (having sat in a warehouse catching dust).
But no worries, this does not mean a long waiting time. We usually ship our headboards within 5-7 working days free of charge and also offer Express Delivery as well as Weekend Delivery if you need your headboard sooner or at a specific time.

For the 20, 24 & 30 inches Strutted Mount Headboard

The 20, 24 & 30 inches Strutted Mount Headboards come supplied with 2 wooden legs and screws - to attach the legs to the Headboard. The visible area is 20, 24 or 30 inches respectively. The legs measure 24 inches. Once fitted approximately 16 inches of the leg are going to hang off the bottom of the headboard.
For the 54 inches Floor Standing Headboard

The 54 inches Floor Standing Headboard sits directly on the floor behind the bed frame. Providing a strong and reliable base, it is attached to the bed frame via Bed Bolts. The visible top section is 28 inches and the hidden bottom section is 26 inches.

You can buy Bed Bolt Screws and Panel Wall Fixing Brackets from our Accessories Section. Please check with your Bed Manufacturer as to what type of bolts and/or screws are required for your bed.

We want you as a customer to be assured that we are here if you need to return any of our items. In order to be eligible for a refund.
Please contact us within 30 calendar days of your purchase with the reason of return.If you simply wish to change your mind, then;
• Either you may return the product to our distribution centre in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
• Or you can ask us to collect them from you and the returns cost will be deducted from your refund which will informed to you before booking the returns.
After we receive your item;
• Our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund within 1-2 working days of return.
• The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
• The refund can take up to 5 working days to show up on your payment method
